Timothy Lavender

Tim has served as secretary & general counsel since 2017. He has three decades of global transactional experience in mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity financing, and general & corporate tax law.

Tim has a deep level of experience in the energy sector, including alternative fuels & solar. He serves as the National Chair of the corporate practice for Kelly Drye, the second-oldest law firm in New York. He graduated from the University of Notre-Dame, and the Lewis Brandeis school of law.
